My father, Robert Katz, built his family bussiness in 1953. Although he is a visioner in supermarket bussiness, but he always analys new location. He want to prepare for the worst thing that can be happened in his bussiness. Since he passed away in 1996, i control his company. I still can hear his advice in my mind, "Remember, the sunlight didn't arise forever "
